Is a VS650 enough for a gtx 1070 and an i5 8600k?

I have a gtx 1070 and an i5 4440 currently, with a 650W bronze-rated power supply from Corsair.

Can I upgrade to an i5 8600k and possibly overclock moderately and still have enough juice to power the system with my current CPU?

As far as wattage goes, yes. But VS series is not of best quality model, so I would not advise doing OC on it.

Okay so I would be okay if I just bought a high-quality motherboard and the cpu, and then overclock down the line when I've gotten a better psu?
