im getting this message i dont know if i should be worried about it saying it has to run at lower voltage?what does that mean he G.Skill Trident X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-2400 Memory operating voltage of 1.65V exceeds the Intel Haswell Refresh CPU recommended maximum of 1.5V+5% (1.575V). This memory module may run at a reduced clock rate to meet the 1.5V voltage recommendation, or may require running at a voltage greater than the Intel recommended maximum.PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Everything is good, even nicely balanced.

If you are planning to SLI with another 970 gpu then the 850 is fine, otherwise it is massive overkill and a good 600w is more then enough.

If you have the funds I would definitely suggest buying an SSD drive as well and put windows/programs/games on it, this will make windows and loading programs much much faster. It also helps with games that have large maps stored on the hard drive. Samsung 850 is preferred, Crucial mx100 if cost is a factor.

Don't worry, it will run at whatever your setup is capable of. It only runs at 1.65v @ 2400mhz, @1866 or 1600 it will likely be within haswell spec :)
