It's all compatible but don't need paste, it comes with cooler although it's good to have it for later on.

water cooling is cooling, I don't know what else it could be ? Paste comes with it.

The PSU is low grade.
It's a shame spending 200$ on a water cooler, a high end CPU and a top board but cheap out on the PSU.

Upgrade to a Supernova G2 / Supernova GS or a Corsair RMx or a XFX XTR. Much better quality and stabler power for many years to come.
