Is amacrox psu good??

Hi all,i plan to replace my G620 with used i5 3570.My psu is amacrox 500w and has 80+ bronze label. My question is,will my psu is enough for powering this i5 processor??is amacrox good brand psu??My specs are below:
Pentium G620 2,6GHz
Patriot 6GB DDR3 1333 (4GB+2GB)
Asrock H61M-HVS
GT 730 1G ddr3
WD 1TB HDD
2 LG DVD-RW

Not a very good cpu very low tier but it should power the i5 with no issues.

Shouldn't be an issue with a GT730, the cpu is pretty much irrelevant, the gpu is what draws all the power.
