i want to rebuild my computer and i want to know if this processor is worth it I'm also looking to play in high settings on a resolution of 1366x768

It will handle 1366x768 just fine but @ 1080P it struggles in games. Make sure your RAM is at least 1866mhz and learn to overclock if you want to see what it can do.
