Specs:
Athlon ii x2 250/pentium g3220
Hd 7670
4gb ddr3 ram (upgrading to 8gb)
500gb hdd
550w psu

What cpu is better for 720p low-med settings (high if possible) on csgo, valorant, league of legends, dota 2, and any other games? (mostly fps games)

Solution
Do you own these parts, or are you considering buying??
Regardless, neither is any good for gaming.
HD7670 graphics is not even as good as current integrated HD630 graphics.
It is useless for fast action games.
The x2/250 or G3220 are dual core ships which will not run games that require 4 threads.
Of the two, G3220 is the stronger.
You will be sorely disappointed with either.
There has to be a better option for you.

The g3220 is much, much faster than the athlon:

But you will need a faster gpu like the 750ti or 1050/1060:

You should also get 8gb+ ram, even if it is something oddball like 12gb. 16gb would be the best. And all this will probably require a power supply upgrade too.

I'm not sure how these will affect gaming for the ones you've mentioned, but it will be a much, much faster system overall.
