pc part picker has a warning : Some AMD A320 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Picasso CPUs. Upgrading the BIOS may require a different CPU that is supported by older BIOS revisions.

pcpartpicker is correct, that is one of the 320 boards that will support the 3xxx series if BIOS revision F40 is installed. unless you have a spare CPU to upgrade the BIOS with I suggest a ryzen 3xxx ready board, the MSI boards that end with "MAX" are ready for 3xxx out of the box. the x570 chipset boards are too.

A320 mobos are tempting cause of the lower price (and most likely they wont be compatible out of the box with the Ryzen 3200G), but if you can reach a MSI B450 "MAX" (there are many models), that will be a better choice.

i found this one: https://www.amazon.com/MSI-ProSeries-Micro-ATX-Motherboard-PRO-VDH/dp/B07XH629TV/ref=sr_1_1?crid=2Q3ZF2PC4DHQH&keywords=ryzen+3+ready+motherboard&qid=1576361907&s=electronics&sprefix=ryzen+3+ready+,electronics,208&sr=1-1
and pc part picker still yields the same warning, should it be fine to go with this one?

That one is ok, in fact it said Ryzen 3rd gen on the post, the only thing the VRM is sorta low budget, but should be enough fro your Ryzen 3 3200G.

This ones are better options, but I don't know if your budget allows it:

https://pcpartpicker.com/product/jcYQzy/msi-b450-tomahawk-max-atx-am4-motherboard-b450-tomahawk-max

Then again, that one you posted should be enough for the R3 3200G

Cheers

all the MSI "MAX" boards will are Ready to go out of the box. MSI did the work for you that is what the MAX means. for MSI products only, others makers use MAX and it may have no meaning at all.
