Basically intel is supposed to have more consistent framerates that don't drop as hard when you flick the camara or move throughout the game world. Something to do with stuff leaking out of the 3d cache and into regular memory. True or folklore?
EDIT:
Found about about it here and he does actually provide evidence if you can call it that. Don't worry i skipped to the relevant part. From this part onwards he gives examples of the "dip"

i have never heard of such a thing. and i read WWWWAAAAYYYYY more tech news/reviews than any normal human should.

this sounds like some kind of redit fanboy nonsense. so not even gonna waste time searching for it and i'll just say "total BS"

Not true in any way. All CPUs, all, will adjust load as things happen. This particular thing is pure myth.

in my experience anything real is well covered by the tech world. no vulnerability, flaw or anything else gets away from the scrutiny of the tech writers.

so again the fact that i have never heard of this and i read many sites daily, tells me it's just not a thing. i'm sure this guy really really wants you to believe it so you'll watch his video (and the next one and the next one), but until it's covered by the tech world in general, then it's just not something worth worrying about.

good for clicks, but otherwise total nonsense :)

Considering the only replies from the OP are copy/paste nonsense it's possible this post is simply to drive traffic to the video. I've seen this tactic before on other sites.
The video was not in the OG post, it was an edit as it says. I forgot to tell people how / where i got this info from.
