Is an A10-5700 good enough for AAA games?

So i've currently got an A10-5700 capped at 3.4k GHz and a Radeon HD 6670 GPU, and i'm planning to upgrade to a Sapphire r9 280. Now, since i've got a limited budget i can't upgrade the CPU yet (i'll also have to get a new motherboard for it). Do you think the A10-5700 is good enough to smoothly run AAA games such as Watch Dogs, AC Unity etc on 1080p/above medium settings? Or should i wait til i can get a FX-6300. I THINK the A10-5700 is definitely good enough to run them even at high/ultra, but i need an expert opinion.

Also, do you think it might bottleneck my new GPU?

Will depend from game to game, you will definitely take a FPS hit compared to better CPU that are coupled with the R9 280.
Most AAA titles will struggle to be playable at 1080p with that CPU. ESPECIALLY stuff like AC Unity and Watch Dogs that are pretty intense on the CPU(mostly due to poor optimization though).

Mkay, i see. Aaaaaaand any suggestions for a good gaming budget CPU? I was thinking about getting an FX-6300 with this motherboard eventually. I looked around google and it seemed like a pretty good pair with the 980

Alright, i'll look into a good CPU once i have the money. But do you think my current CPU is gonna bottleneck the r9 280 too much? Because if i don't get a noticeable performance boost it's probably gonna be a waste of money
