so heres the situation im gonna get an Rx 480 and i currently have a FX 6300, i was thinking about getting an FX 8350 (+OC) and using that for a while. And i know if you really bleed blue team than you will say "just spend all your cash on an upgrade", but i really dont have $300+ for a new mobo, Ram, and CPU with a $200 GPU on top of that even after zen releases and drags the CPU prices down a little.
So, it it worth it to get a FX 8350 to last me at least a couple years on the 480 (especially since future DX12 and Vulcan games can really take advantage of all 8 cores) or should i stick with my 6300 and put the money in the upgrade fund for a year or tho down the road.
im not looking for a "no CPU bottleneck" situation, im looking for a "close enough" situation that will cost the least amount of money
