An ASUS P8 H77-M used to work perfectly for a few years, but has a barebone configuration now for the sake of diagnosis (no storage drive, no video card, no keyboard...).
If only the 24-pin main power connector is plugged in, shorting the green and black pins will start all fans including the CPU fan, but no display. If the 8-pin EATX12V connector is plugged in, nothing will happen.
Is there anything that I should try before concluding this ASUS P8 H77-M is dead?
