Is an fsp power supply good?

Is the fsp hydro 700w any good? It's the non modular version, I have a gigabyte gtx 780 with two pcie 8 pins and an i5 2400 will it be enough for those parts?

Not even remotely relevant to the OP. The Hydro series is new and those posts are from 2012.
