[SOLVED] Is an fx-4300 with an elgato hd60 pro good enough as a dedicated streaming pc?

I have recently been looking to start streaming games on mixer and I happen to have an old pc lying around with an fx 4300 in it. I have been wanting to use it as a dedicated streaming pc so i can get no performance loss on my main rig. I am planning to buy an elgato hd60 pro so but i want to make sure this old pc can even handle it before I buy it.

Seems good but why would i need the 16 gb of ram and the 1070 if it's just for streaming and not gaming?

Nevermind what i said my bad. But i'm still wondering if my old pc would be good enough for it because right now i'm not in the budget to buy a new one.

As a dedicated streaming PC, it should be more than capable. The requirements to actually stream is fairly minimal
