Question Is an HP ProDesk 600 G4 a Good General Office Computer?

I own an e-commerce company and just leased a small warehouse. I need to get a computer that I can use for basic office purposes (internet, email, printing shipping labels, MS Office, etc). The usage will be pretty light, as I work out of a regular office for most of the day. I found a preowned HP ProDesk 600 G4 on Amazon for $185 and am wondering if this would be suitable for my needs. I was looking at various Dell Optiplex units, but the specs seem slightly better on the ProDesk. I don't think this one has an HDMI, but I can get a monitor with a DisplayPort. I am very flexible, so if there's a better option, I'm definitely open to it. I'm just not good at making decisions, and I don't know what I should choose for this scenario.

I see nothing wrong with this unit. Should be good for W11 upgrade and certainly capable of the tasks you mentioned.

Main concern would be the simple fact that it is used and "renewed".

The seller is STG Global, about which I know NOTHING.

It’s a valid concern. I don’t think I’ve ever bought a used PC before. At least if it’s defective, I can return it.
