So I'm getting a new graphics card, the RTX 2060 super, and I was wondering if my cpu would start bottlenecking.
My cpu is the Intel I5-6500.

Solution
You will always do better with a stronger graphics card.
If you play fast action games, you will do much better.
OTOH, if your games are cpu limited, not so much.

Try this test:
Run YOUR games, but lower your resolution and eye candy.
If your FPS increases, it indicates that your cpu is strong enough to drive a better graphics configuration.
If your FPS stays the same, you are likely more cpu limited.
