Hi, I am choosing a pc right now and so far here are my specs:
RTX 2060
i7 10700k
16 gb ddr4 (2*8)
1440p 144hz monitor.
I just don’t know whether this will be enough to record/stream Minecraft at 1080p 60fps using a 1440p 144hz display.

Solution
I would get a RTX 2060 Super over the vanilla 2060 for sure, even if you were gaming at 1080p. Seeing as you're gaming at 1440p, I'd 1000% recommend the 2060 Super; the 6 GB of VRAM in the 2060 will hold you back.

If you want to be certain you can run games well at 1440p and want to be able to stream and want to ensure that your GPU doesn't come up sort in the next few years, I'd recommend the RTX 2070 Super.

Ok, Thanks! It's just that I'm on a very tight budget and parts are actually more expensive where I live than buying a whole pc so it's hard to find one with the right specs.
