I checked the psu tier, & it’s on tier-4. I'm thinking of getting a RTX 2070 Super. My psu is only 1 year old & works perfectly fine, but I don't want to take risks as this gpu is pretty expensive. Is this tier-4 psu good & reliable, or should I change it as well?

First nVidia recommends 650W min for RTX2070S, second your Antec is low quality.
Don't get an Antec, I had Antec PSUs sparking and damaging computer components.

Get Seasonic Focus 650W or Corsair TX 650W.
What's your system specs?

i5-8400
16gb 2400mhz ram
Gtx 1060 (for now)
Msi b360m pro-vh motherboard

I've been using this psu for 1 year, it hasn’t caused any trouble, until now. Are you sure this is a bad psu? Because Antec NeoEco has pretty good review what I've seen. Which Antec psu did you have though?

It was an Antec 550W back in the Athlon64 time. The PSU started sparking in under a year without being much loaded.

Your PSU has 500W on the 12V rail which is barely enough for the RTX2070S with other components.
It should have been classified as a 500W PSU.
