is Antec VP650P 650 Watts a good psu ??

kingstone hyperx fury 4x4 gb ram @1866 mhz each
intel DB85FL motherboard
Msi Gtx 970 gaming 4g
i want to upgrade my psu and heard that antec makes good quality psu's but confused now.my budget is 5000 rs.please suggest me can this psu handle my specs ?? without bursting?? please reply . thank you.

Noise is never a issue for me i'm asking that this psu can handle my specs easily or will burst ?? its a quality psu or not ?? and it can connect to my gpu or not??
