is Antec VP650P good for gaming on my specs?

Zotac GTX 970
Asus H81M CS
2 Hard Drives
16 GB (8x2) DDR3 Ram
Standard Keyboard and Mouse

my total power consumption according to cooler master website is somewhere around 348Watts

No, it's a terrible unit, i'd go with a decent 450w at least with a 970.
