Is anyone having issues with Windows 8.1?

I'm getting random freezes with Windows 8.1 and it's really annoying, I feel that Windows 7 was more responsive..

What are you doing when Windows 8 "freezes"? Are you using different hardware than you were when you used Windows 7?

Nope, using same hardware, all drivers updated, all windows updates are installed, and it's not the first time it has happened as well..
