is AOC C24G1 good for esports?

Hi! I'm thinking about buying the AOC C24G1 ( https://pcpartpicker.com/product/HBRzK8/aoc-c24g1-240-1920x1080-144-hz-monitor-c24g1 ). The thing is, i read some reviews that said the response time is not ideal for fast paced games. I play mostly CS:GO and i'm worried it might affect my gameplay. I currently have a 60hz monitor so i'm assuming it's a great upgrade anyway.

Do you think i should buy it or should i get the AOC G2460PF ( https://pcpartpicker.com/product/ZBZ2FT/aoc-monitor-g2460pf )instead?

I would rather buy the first one because it's cheaper and it also has better contrast from what i read.

it's 1ms MPRT, the real response time is 4ms. Its screen is also VA so i guess it's not as responsive?
