I have been looking for motherboard for Ryzen 5 3600 and all I read is bios and VRM issues, high temps with stock cooler.
MSI b450 max is priced at x470 price range
X570 is way too expensive.

So I thought of getting Asus b450 gaming plus or B450M pro gaming because it's a trusted brand and has good service here than MSI and Gigabyte.

There is lot VRM talks going on but none I understand.but read ASrock has good VRM than Asus.

So I just want to make sure I get the right board for high Temp processor and GPU which ryzen 3600 and RX 5700 XT.

Between these 4 boards which one is safe and can handle Ryzen 3600 and RX 5700 XT well.
I do have Corsair TX 650w PSU and planning to get but not sure Deepcool Gammaxx 400 CPU cooler in case stock cooler is super useless because in summer room temps here cross above 40'C..

The only issue you may have is that ASRock doesnt support BIOS updating without a compatible CPU already installed, meaning if you get a board without an updated BIOS you will either have to send away to AMD for a BIOS Update kit, get a hold of a Ryzen 2000 CPU, or take it to a shop and have them do it.

Here is a list of boards that support BIOS updating without a CPU installed

As far as the VRM, the Pro4 isnt the best, but for a 3600 it should be fine, even with overclocking.

Bios update will be done by the seller. So no issues there.
ASrock b450 pro is better than Asus b450m pro gaming?
And pairing with RX 5700XT is fine with these motherboards?
