Question Is ASRock b450m hdv good enough for light overclocking

I plan to get 200ge, and upgrade after about 6 months with a 2200g or a little better around the same price, with a discrete gpu like rx470 or 570 maybe. My question is, is ASRock b450m hdv 4.0 enough for this build? I'm not familiar with vram of motherboards and I'm on a tight budget, so I'd like some help choosing the right motherboard. Thanks
P.s. I plan to do 1080p 60fps mild gaming

Yes, pairing a 2200g with the b450 hdv is a balanced system. You should not spend to much on a mobo because that money should go to the CPU.

For your use case, I would get the cheapest b450 board you can find.
