Yep, ASUS is a better brand. Although Gigabyte would be No.1 on my list.

Asrock is actually the budget mainboard brand from ASUS.

Pegatron was incorporated on June 27, 2007 as a subsidiary of its then parent company, Asustek (or more commonly known as its brand name "Asus").
