Is Asus K555LB-XO532D a solid laptop?

I've been meaning to use this laptop for some new games that require DirectX 11. Watch Dogs, GTA V, Assassin's Creed Unity, maybe Syndicate. Truth be told, I know nothing about the real power of this laptop so I would appreciate your answers

Intel Core i5200U 2.2 Ghz
6GB DDR3L RAM
NVIDIA GEFORCE GT 940m 2GB GDDR3 VRAM
