Is Asus M5A99FX PRO R2.0 Capable of Overclocking AMD FX 8350 or FX 9590?

It will overclock them well but a step up to the Sabertooth or the Crosshair V Formula Z and you can overclock a little more. Does Asus M5A99FX PRO R2.0 Overclock FX 8350 from 4.0 to 5GHz?
And FX 9590 from 4.7 to 5ghz

I doubt it 8350 maybe 4.6-7 and it may struggle with the high power requirements of the 9590 having only 6+2 power phases. That is where the other boards step in with better power design.
