Is ASUS SSD caching possible with RAID 0 config?

Hello, Can you do Both Asus ssd Caching and Raid 0?
Components are: ASUS P9X79 Pro motherboard, with Intel i7-3820 3.60 Ghz, Intel 10MB smart cache, HDD: two 120GB Corsair Force GT 6 GB/s RAID 0, Video: AMD Radeon HD7750 1 GB 16X PCIe gen 3, and 16 GB (4 X 4) DDR3/1600MHz Corsair Vengeance.

Once u use the SSD, caching is not needed.
