If you are about to buy a GTX 970, DX 12 is not an issue considering the price and that it supports HDMI 2.0. The card is fast, and it already supports almost all DX12 feature sets. It's still the best bargain high end card at about $300.

why asus strix GTX 970 have a direct x 11 architecture ???? By the way windows 10 supported only directX 12.....!!!!! in future all games will supported directX 12 GPU.

Which GPU is best for me in future hard core gaming.

That link you gave us have wrong information. Don't believe it, just because you saw it first. Did you even understand what I wrote? Nvidia the maker of the 970 chip states on the official website, thst it is DirectX 12 compatible.

The best card for future is unknown. We can just make recommendation to current situation, based on budget, current equipment and what you expect from the gaming. Seeing the future is impossible.

Ok, I knew this only as PSU. English is not my native language. Any actual ATX PWS (or PSU) should work with that X99 board. Its more important what other hardware, like cpu and gpu, you include.

Maybe here you can find some ideas:

MS handles DX12 a bit different compared to previous version of DX. anyway instead of looking at hardware compare look the official spec for 970 at nvidia website. to be exact all nvidia DX11 based card are compatible with DirectX 12. but as it is you don't need to worry about 970 and DX12. the card have full support of DX12 including feature level 12_1 which right now exclusive to second generation maxwell (Titan X, 980Ti, 980, 970, 960)
