Hi! i want to upgrade my LED monitor. I play only single player latest games not multiplayer FPS games.

I am confused between two monitors

Asus VP278H and Asus VZ279H

Both have 75hz

Response time of VP278H is 1ms and VZ279H is 5ms

VZ279H have IPS panel.

i like better colors but response is important as well. Will 1ms and 5ms make any difference

Which should i go for?

Solution
The VZ279H is a 60Hz panel. It is IPS though.

The VP278H is 75Hz, but TN.

1ms vs 5ms isn't likely to make any form of noticeable different to most users.

From a strict colour accuracy standpoint, the IPS would be preferred.

60Hz is still fine for the types of games you intend to play, but if possible, I'd still try to get a higher refresh rate panel.

Depending on your location & budget, take a look and see if you can find a VA panel (nice balance of IPS and TN) and 75Hz or greater. Brands like Sceptre and Viotek tend to be pretty affordable in most regions.
