So long as the board supports ATI cards then you'll be fine. You can generally find that out if the retailer says its SLI or Crossfire, you're looking for crossfire.

I've only heard of 5770 compatibility issues with really old boards with PCI-E 1.0 slots. While the G41 chipset only supports PCI-E 1.1 the board itself SHOULD be new enough that it doesn't matter. To play it safe though you might want to consider paying the extra $15-$20 for a P43 board which supports PCI-E 2.0.
