Is ATI Radeon 3000 GPU good for gaming?

Im getting a desktop for gaming/work, it seems like a powerful desktop. These are the specs

CPU: AMD FX Eight Cores Black Edition FX- 8320 3.5GHz / turbo up to 4.0Ghz Socket AM3 16MB Cache

MB (Chipset): ASUS/Gigabyte AMD 760G Chipset Socket AM3+

Ram: 8GB DDR3-1600 Ram

Harddrive: 1Tb 7200RPM

Optical Drive: CD + DVD Multi-Function DVD Writer

Graphic: ATI Radeon 3000 GPU

Network: Broadband Ready with Ethernet port

Audio: High Definition Audio

Case: Gigabyte GZ-M2 Micro ATX tower case, 400W Power Supply

USBS: 6 x USBs

I not sure if ATI Radeon 3000 GPU is good for gaming for not, but if it isn't, I am keen to upgrade it to GT 630 2GB dedicated graphics. If I do upgrade to GT 630 2GB dedicated graphics, I will need to upgrade the PSU to 450W continuous 80 plus a silver PSU. SOMEONE HELP ME, IS ATI RADEON 3000 GPU ANY GOOD FOR GAMING???

ATI Radeon HD 3000 is chipset integrated GPU, which not is mature ~
So it not good for gaming ~

I think you can feel free to upgrade your PSU , I afraid that, your processor will be underpowered after GPU add a dedicated GPU to your setup.
But my personally wont upgrade the PSU, that PSU should be more than enough to power your setup without problem ~

Nope... might be able to run some older games but definitely not newer games, even the 2 gig gt 630 you mentioned is only good for gaming at 720p or so (and even so, the 2gb memory of the 630 is just a gimmick, it's far too weak to utilize it all). What resolution is your monitor? if it is 1080p then the minimum people would generally recommend would be a 2 gig 7850 or a GTX 650 Ti Boost.

That is not a powerful desktop, it has a lot of old technology in it. Now, having said that, it could be a decent gamer with a decent card but you'd need nothing less than a Radeon HD 7790. That would cost you $110 (-$20 mail-in-rebate) from NCIX:

The Radeon HD 3000 is not a video card, it is an on-board GPU. Now, as a work machine, it will be fine because business applications are not 3D intensive. Basically, you either get a card like an HD 7790 or stick with the HD 3300 because the GT 630 won't give you anything that the HD 3300 won't. You still won't be able to play games and you'll just be using more power. It's a complete waste of money.

As Avro said, a 7790 should fit your needs nicely, you could step down to a 7770 if you only want to play less demanding games like CoD etc. (though the $20 or so tradeoff for the 7790 would be worth it)

With your price range, you are probably better off buying a console. PC's are for people who want maximum performance, but there is a price premium. Since you are only 12 and also don't care about high graphic settings, buying a gaming computer isn't the best option for you.

7770 is best bang for buck! my cousin bought one and he plays everything 1080p with good frame rates, he has 8320 too. (waste of money unless you get it cheap) sooo 7770 or 7790.

wait for amd kaveri to be released than put an gpu that you can use dual graphics with the apu and you should be good cheap and powerful and good for work and can play games high med make sure you get good psu and MOB IMPORTANT RAM IF YOU GET ANY APU GET FAST RAM = More FPS and faster computer .....
