I picked them over cyberpowerpc and ibuypower for obvious reasons and it was hard to find a prebuilt pc good and relatively priced. So here it is http://avatargamingpc.com/coenus-i7-4779k.html
I added an ssd and they were willing to install the is on there. I contacted them through support and they were very fast. Ordered it on the night of 6/17, got it around 6/25, pretty quick for 20 dollar shipping, they even added rush processing when I asked for it.
So when I got it and installed my old hdd, I booted it up but I see artifacts on my screen, two big vertical flashing white/rainbow bars and also white dots sometimes, couldn't get pass logo screen. I was so worried I bought a new monitor because I thought and hoped the problem was the monitor, but then I brought if to a technician. On the way the pc got minor scratxhes but I got pissed even though its not a big deal, but he found out that the gpu was lemon. So on the same day rma ticket was made. Which was on the 1st day of July or so. Their support was still fast but not as fast, they have me free borderlands 2 code which I don't want..and they changed rheir rma from a whole new pc to just a parts replacement which i got a bit pissed but its understandable. Anyway they paid 78 dollars for the shipping and they got the computer on the 5th of July. But they took a bit too long IMHO, there was a whole day that they ignored me in support and hey said July 1th was apparently Memorial Day in California and they were off which I found odd. But on July 12th they said they're do e and they will ship it ASAP which will be Monday or even Tuesday since they don't work on weekends. So the rma is basically going to be about 20 days, based on my story, do you think they were good? Some people said rma from bigger companies take from 2 week to 2 months, but I could've bought the pc on newegg without an ssd with faster shipping, better support and possibly no rma, but I needed that ssd. Do any of you buy stuff from them too? By the way they have a steam page but after talking to me for a day, the support guy there has ignored me forever which caused suspicion.
