Soon to be acquired pc cofiguration:
1- CPU: Ryzen 5 5600G with Wraith Stealth Cooler
2-Motherboard: Gigabyte B450 Aorus Elite
3-Ram: Crucial Ballistix 16GB(2x8) 3200MHZ CL16
4-Storage: 1tb MX500 SSD + 1tb HDD

So, I know it's not the best motherboard out there for overclocking, heck it's probably bad for that task!
But is it good enough for:
1- +200MHZ on the cpu
2- +200/300MHZ on the vega 7 IGPU
3- +400MHZ or more on the RAM (I don't even know if this depends on the VRM or not but..)

Other questions:
1- What does RAM overclocking even depend on, and is it possible to overclock that RAM to 3600MHZ?
2- Will that Wraith Stealth Cooler be fine?
3- Is overclocking like I listed above, considered Low overclocking/Medium overclocking/High overclocking/TOO MUCH?

Solution
First, what is silicon lottery lol

Second, it does say on AMD official website that it's only "Up to 3200MHz". But I've definitely seen users overclock it up to 4400MHZ! (with Ryzen 5 5600G) So do you recommend staying 3200MHZ or overclocking if possible?

actually that's it there is nothing after second...
It's the QVL listed ones. My friend used 5600G on the latest agesa 1.2.0.3 bios of B450M Steel Legend, and it does 4000mhz no errors, stable af.

If you want to overclock the ram with 5600G, you should've listed the ram that you have right now, and give a thaiphoon burner read and zentimings read once you installed the system. IF it's a corsair ram, you could just tell what ver. is your sticks on your ram sticks sticker label.

Yes

How much the overclocks will be, depends on the board and the parts that will be going onto it, not to mention silicon lottery. As for your ram, with that processor you should be able to get to 3200MHz on the ram, by manually inputting the timings, voltage and frequency in BIOS if enabling X.M.P doesn't work for you.

Ram overclocking with depend on the IMC(integrated memory controller) and the ram kit used.
You should be fine with the stock cooler.
