Is Be Quiet Dark Rock 3 going to fit in my case?

My case is Xigmatek Asgard Pro and I was wondering if Be Quiet Dark Rock 3 was going to fit in it? If not, what other cooler would you suggest for my cpu (intel core i7 4790k)?
