You'll have to look specifically for motherboards with built-in WiFi which also have bluetooth. Another option would be to simply buy a $4 BT4.x USB adapter instead of paying the usually significant premium for motherboards with everything on-board.
Another advantage of USB adapters is that you can add an extension cable between the PC and adapter to get better signal than what a motherboard can get from its antennas that are usually right next to the PC's rear steel or aluminum panel.
It has to specify it has built-in Bluetooth. WiFi and Bluetooth isn't the same thing, they need different antennas and radios...
That said, you can buy a tiny USB bluetooth dongle for around ten bucks at your local web shop.
