Is buy.com reliable?

I read the resellerratings for buy.com and by the looks of it, it's awful (2/10). However, I came across many people recommending to buy from the store and not a single one saying otherwise. Should I trust buy.com?

YES! I am starting to like buy.com. I just bought a Razer sound card for $60 free shipping...Newegg is still my fav.
