Is Carbide 500R really worth it?

Is Carbide 500R really worth it? Side fan? Is it a plus or a hit on airflow? What are you paying for?

it depends what your comparing it to. over a stock case yes its a good deal as its not that expensive. if your thinking cooler master cosmos then no its not a great case but then again the cosmos is x3 the price.

as far as an average 100-150 £/$ case its as good as any. it has good air flow, good cable management, removable drivebays and can fit any watercooler or air cooler you want. so yeah its a good case for the money.

Is it an advantage it has 200mm side fan?

yes it will directly help cool your gpu and motherboard as well as pushing a lot of cool air into the case.
