Hey guys

I used to install new catalyst drivers on older drivers without uninstalling previous versions . my friend told me that u better uninstall older versions to get your nw driver to work better !

i used add/remove to remove that Driver . &it asked me to Remove all radeon drivers from my system .i did so & I also uninstalled display driver from Device manager .

& after i restarted . i installed CATALYST 12.11 Beta Driver & Nothin else

Now my question is : should i install radeon chipset driver provided in mainboard disc ?

is it smthin differente than CATALYST driver it self ? because i dont wanna get back to older versions by installing radeon chipset driver !!! :??:

Catalyst driver is for the video card. AMD chipset drivers are for the motherboard. They are very important for proper functionality. That said, Windows 7 & 8 automatically load chipset drivers pretty well. Just to make sure you can go to your motherboard's manufacturer's site and download the latest chipset drivers.

OH thx . ill make sure i have latest Chipset drivers . & another Question
Having CCC is needed but should i run it via STARTUP ? i mean ( agian ): if CCC is not running
THen it means that CATALYST 12.11 PErformance improvements wont be applied to my Graphic CARD ?

I would say yes.

Exactly, which is why you should have it set to run at startup.

popatim . i checked it , Chipset drivers & catalyst drivers R totaly separated things . New chipset drivers were smthin around 7xx mb & Catalyst it self was 2xx mb !

oh now i have new Question . should i install & RUn Jmicro JMB36x IDE ?

BEcause after i updated my drivers & installed ESET 5 ... i relized that FOlders & files sometimes are too damn slow ! & i have to End the proccess & open it again . & after several tries i end up with restarting or loging of . but sometimes they open too fast .

is it from new Jmicro driver or ... ?

I realy dont know how to explain this wierd problem . i defragmented all drives . cleaned registery . cleaned everywhere !!!

if your drives are connected to that jmicron controller on the mobo then you'd need those drivers as well, if your hdds are connected to ports coming straight from the southbridge then you dont need the jmicron drivers... look it up in the mobo manual which ports are controlled by the jmicron...
