I've used IE11 forever since recently about 9 months ago HAD to switch since IE11 is just to damn slow usually or won't even load some sites. There are plenty problems with IE11 too though (like can't even search bookmarks), but one thing with chrome i find mind blowing is if you already bookmarked something, it doesn't even warn you and you end up with a duplicate.
Another thing besides that is it doesn't save a bookmark by the URL. For example, I searched through like thousands of necklaces on ebay and when I found some I was interested I would bookmark them and rename them in the bookmarks by their weight and length and price and any other details. Then I re do the ebay search with different keywords (which will still show some results I already searched for which is fine) but then I end up bookmarking the same item twice because I had edited the name. More problematic that it sounds.
Another thing is , and I'm not too sure about this but it doesn't seem to give full History of pages visited, it might be though that I'll have many pages open and those pages have back arrow history to them which I should be able to click back to even if I clear history and not close those windows but the backspace history clears. Or it's something else like I'll google something but not click results, like to make a note for reference just to jot something down, but it sometimes seems to vanish from history results. IDK for sure I'll try to pinpoint this but have lost a lot of things from history not being like IE11s.
And just now: I have a bookmark folder named FOLDER5 (plus a bunch of other named folders, the default Other Bookmarks, etc. Within that FOLDER5 I have another Folder called SECOND. I wanted to move SECOND out of FOLDER5. I 'cut' it but it won't let me PASTE it unless it's pasted into an already existing folder and make it a subfolder still. To make matters worse during that I got a bluescreen error which I think is from bad RAM and when restarted the PC that SECOND folder is gone. No way to get it back?
WHY is there not an actual folder of bookmarks so you can do move them around normally? I know windows is not google(chrome) brand and won't open in Windows Explorer but it's stupid how it is now.
waiting for windows chromium hopefully when done it's what I hope it to be.
