is circle cc821 a good cabinet?

Hello i want to buy new cabinet for own desktop and i see that circle cc821 has good comments on amazon and flipkart. It really good? Will it compatible with asus z170m plus and rm650x? I also have question that can rm650x run 3 desktop hard disk and 1 laptop hard disk with one samsung 850 ssd?

Yup, that is an ATX board, should work fine!
