[SOLVED] Is cleaning monitor with water wrong?

Solution
So long as you didn't literally douse the monitor with water and that the microfiber cloth had moisture on it to dislodge the dirt/debris on you're screen, you're good to go.

Using a small amount of water is perfectly fine. As long as it doesn't get into the electronics, it won't cause any problems. I usually use watered down alcohol for cleaning screens since it helps to get some of the fingerprints (not mine, I don't touch my screens!) and other dirt and dust off.
