I have a Corsair 760t case and I was wondering if i can clean the panel from the outside and inside with a tissue? Will it cause static electricity?

Lol back in 2000 I was using those mini computer vacuums. Ever see one? They were/are the ultimate.

Now computers are so robust with many protections it just no longer matters in my book. Full size vacuums FTW.
If you're taking the side panel off entirely, then you shouldn't have anything to worry about at all. At work here, half the time we use paper towels, but if there is dust on the parts, etc then used canned air and tilt your system (SAFELY) to help blow the dust and debris out. No, Just the window panel. But I cleaned it while the panel was still fixed to the PC and it was still on.

You have absolutely nothing to worry about. I have used a full size vacuum on my computer while it was plugged in and running. Personally I prefer using microfiber towels cause they clean and cling to the dust the best.

Regardless you don't have anything to worry about. The vacuum bit though, I've seen 3 computer fry because someone stuck their vacuum nozzle in a PC and zapped it. They were older machines and this was back in 2000, but still Id rather Can Air it out and then clean it up =p
