Is coil whine dangerous?

My 7970xfx dd has coilwhine should i go to centercom and try to RMA it?

its luck brother, the other one they're gonna give, may have the same problem
i've the same GPU and not so often I hear it but I came to deal with it though it happened after I upgraded to a PRO fan so the noise became clear
i heard its not dangerous and also may have source in CPU/MoBo Junction, not so sure
