[SOLVED] Is constant GPU usage bad?

Probably a dumb question but Is constant GPU usage by wallpaper engine bad for the GPU? Just having it play in the background for the whole day which uses 20-40% of the GPU based on tasked manager.

GPUs are designed to withstand that kind of load on a daily basis. Its perfectly fine.

It might be "fine" or it might be a cryptomining malware.
Will it hurt your GPU? Probably not.
Might it overheat a cheap power supply? Yes.
I would be concerned about malware.

Some bloatware that ships with a new PC can also put some strain on your GPU. I think Steve, from Gamers Nexus, or it could have been someone else, found that out in a video a little while ago. He deleted all the bloatware from a PC he bought for testing and the scores increased measurably.
