Is Cooler Master K380 a good cabinet to invest on?

Someone is selling me a Cooler Master K380 cabinet which is almost new with 2 additional Cicle fans and an Asus DVD writer for 38 dollars. Is the deal worth it or should I for other products like Corsair Carbide Spec-01 ?
My system is AMD A10 7850k, MSI DDR5 750TI 2GB, 16 GB Kingston Hyper x Fury Ram, Corsair VS 450Watts PSU, ASUS A68HM-K motherboard.

Well, it's decent case,

But compared to the Corsair SPEC-01, it has some shortcomings, both feature and appearance wise.

Appearance wise, SPEC-01 has nice big side window to look at your components and it's front panel is also more clean looking,

Feature wise, SPEC-01 has better support for fans:
front - 2x 120mm or 2x 140mm
top - 2x 120mm
rear - 1x 120mm
While K380 has:
front - 1x 120mm
top - 1x 120mm
rear - 1x 80mm, 1x 90mm or 1x 120mm
bottom - 1x 120mm

Also, the side mounted HDD cage on SPEC-01 makes adding and removing storage drives easier than in K380. But since choosing a PC case is completely a personal choice, go with the case that you like the most.
