What I do is check first if PSU is 80+ rated, then I check the warranty length (minimum 3 years, 5 years are good ones, above that should not be any problems) and then check reviews.
If CPU passes that, then I check the quality of components, on Google search.
If it passes my average preferences it's good, if I find even better one at same price, then that's even better.
Regarding Cooler Master, I personally bought CM G650M, cause I had super price bargain (65% price droop).
Weren't so sure about them before, now I wouldn't mind buying a 2nd one is situation comes to it.
It iis 80+ Bronze rated, has 3 years warranty and all necessary electric protection against current instability, etc...
So I guess, it is aright.
