is cooler master psu good

i going to build a computer and the only psu i can find a cooler master. are they solid psu and are they reliable

i like the v series from coolermaster, dont think the rest of them are any good.

What I do is check first if PSU is 80+ rated, then I check the warranty length (minimum 3 years, 5 years are good ones, above that should not be any problems) and then check reviews.
If CPU passes that, then I check the quality of components, on Google search.
If it passes my average preferences it's good, if I find even better one at same price, then that's even better.

Regarding Cooler Master, I personally bought CM G650M, cause I had super price bargain (65% price droop).
Weren't so sure about them before, now I wouldn't mind buying a 2nd one is situation comes to it.
It iis 80+ Bronze rated, has 3 years warranty and all necessary electric protection against current instability, etc...
So I guess, it is aright.


If you could give us your model name though, we could check it for you.
or help you out with choice.

you need to Google for a review of the exact PSU model. Coolermaster is well known for selling garbage PSUs and lying on labels, especially in their budget lines. And when they do sell a good one they mark it up. But on sale they sometimes make sense

Note the word SELL they do not make them. they hire other companies to make inferior designs so they can profit. Where on earth are you that they ONLY sell coolermaster

cooler master real power pro 850w
cooler master silent pro M2 850w
cooler master V850

Well I guess V850 would be best one, by long shot.
Then Silent Pro M2, and lastly Real Power Pro.
