is Coolermaster B600 v2 good for this pc?

My friend currently have problem with the decision to purchase a powersupply, so he came to me for help.

His system is :
AMD A8 7600
8GB DDR3 1600MHz RAM
GigaByte Nvidia GeForce GTX 960 Windforce OC
WD 500GB Caviar Blue
Coolermaster Elite V550 v2

is Coolermaster B600 v2 good enough for this system?

That power supply does't have the best reviews. I would stick with EVGA, Corsair, Seasonic.

According to reviews that power supply is decent. I would recommend it. Do you have to stick with coolermaster? there are better options.

There are plenty of other option but my friend's budget is nowhere near $100 and most decent powersupply like Corsair RM650x is above $120 here in local store.
