Is CoolerMaster MWE 450 is enough for GTX 1060 3GB

I want to build mid-end PC that can run GTA V, CS:GO, PUBG,etc smoothly
My specification is :
Intel Core I5-3470
Asus Motherboard H61M-K LGA 1155
RAM 8GB KINGSTON (8x1)
Power Supply CoolerMaster MWE 450W
Harddisk Seagate 500GB SATA
VGA Gtx 1060 3GB MSI

My question is, is my Power Supply can run GTX 1060 3GB ?
