Solution
Using the Transcend RAM will not be a problem. However, I would recommend you save some money and get some quality 1600 G-Skill RAM, like these:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231314

Running overclocked RAM does not provide the boost in performance many desire and it often leads to an unstable system. Even if the RAM is rated to a certain level, it may NOT run at that level in a particular configuration.

OCing CPUs and GPUs are okay, but personally I never recommend OCing memory.

Good luck!

The Intel Z77 Express Chipset is a socket 1155 Intel 3rd generation Core processor-based platform and the Intel Core I3 3225 is Socket 1155 (Socket H2). So you should have no issues, just be sure to get the proper cooling equipment for the system.

sorry but i have another Q :D
p8z77-i deluxe support 2400MHz ram but according to intel cpu spec dimm below 1.65 v recommanded
i want to use 2400 MHz ram but all 2400 MHz ram are 1.65 or higher voltage what should i do {i want to use p8z77-i deluxe QVL Transcend DDR3 4 GB PC RAM (TX2400KLU-4GK) •10-12-11-28 CAS Latency }

i will also overclock core i3 3225 igpu and set it to 3000 MHz and allocate 1024 MB ddr3 2400MHz memory

do you think both {1.65v ram and igpu overclocking} these things will overheat i3 3225 so much

dear COLGeek actully u r right i dont need 2400 MHz ram, the one and only reason is everybody saying that 2400MHz will increase HD 4000 igpu performance

but now i just want to know what U think about it

(1) is 2400 speed ram really boost the performance of HD 4000 graphics ?

(2) if yes then how much in % ( like for 1600 ram is 5% and for 2400 is 9%) ?

(3) and the boost we will get really worth the price ?

The boost in performance, in my opinion, is definitely not worth the cost. I would rather get affordable, stable memory (1600) and apply the savings to a discrete (stand alone) video card. Even a mid-range GPU like a HD7750 would perform many times better than the Intel offering.

why ram not specified at 1600 MHz ?

i dont think i need 8 gb (suggested set of ram)

and cant purchse from newegg in india i have ebay and flipkart.com

so i seen these two

http://www.flipkart.com/corsair-vengeance-ddr3-4-gb-1-x-gb-pc-ram-cmz4gx3m1a1600c9/p/itmd2rypbx4eehaf?pid=RAMD2RYPMVWCEK6E&icmpid=reco_pp_same_ram_ram_4

http://www.flipkart.com/g-skill-ripjawsx-ddr3-4-gb-1-x-gb-pc-ram-f3-12800cl9s-4gbxl/p/itmd2rys8pgq3keh?pid=RAMD2RYRXBBF4WC8&icmpid=reco_pp_same_ram_ram_3

both looking good to me but some says the corsair will not fit in itx
both run at 1.5v test

i know 2 stick of 2gb is better only reason to get single stick is to save space for future upgrade and good resell value
