is Core i3 4010u a good notebook cpu performance wise?

hi there,
i'm goings to buy a dell 3437 laptop. it has Core i3 4010u cpu in it, i read somewhere that it is ultra low voltage cpu, mean consume less power. o.k, so my question is,is That good performance wise, i want to watch HD movies 1080p, and want to do office work andinternet surfing etc. can i be able to perform all of my required task flawlessly. Need help.

Yes, if you do normal stuff like I said, but, it will have trouble gaming. Any core i3 is a good one.
